Doug Worsley has been a licensed real estate agent since October 2020. He spent the first few months focused on training and education and quickly built momentum, closing 25 transactions and over $7.1 million in sales in his first year. That early success confirmed what he already suspected: real estate was his true calling.

Before launching Worsley Real Estate, Doug spent 28 years in the automotive industry. His career transition came during the pandemic when he took the opportunity to pursue a long-standing interest in real estate and build something of his own.

Doug specializes in listings and serves clients across Wayne, Oakland, Washtenaw, and Livingston counties. While he works with all types of clients including buyers, sellers, investors, and first-time homebuyers, his primary focus is helping sellers prepare their homes to sell for top dollar.

Doug is a Michigan native and avid outdoorsman who enjoys hunting, fishing, and spending time in nature with his family. He has deep roots in the communities he serves, including Livonia, Canton, Novi, and surrounding areas. He loves the strong sense of connection these neighborhoods offer, from local events and small businesses to the great schools and parks that make them ideal places to put down roots.
